Look - the website has all changed ! Had to do it ‘cos the last one was too hard for some of you and us to navigate - what do you reckon ? Well - again it’s been a while - too much time making the news to ever write it down I guess ? Another season has flown by far too quickly . . . and I personally think it was the best yet . . . . more snow and more clients than ever before ( Our 5th anniversary went un-noticed in April because there was 3 foot of powder outside ! ). Had a bunch of wicked people running the chalets, most for the 2nd time round, and a bunch of wicked people stay in them. Matt, Ellie & Jodie were in High Mountain Lodge, Nicole in Cosmique, and G, Anna, Andreas and Claire in Cosmique ) - between them they produced some amazing food ( and amazing aerials ) - thanks again guys. We definitely scored finding Andreas, when Dom broke his ankle a week before the season started, and Aarron when Troy went crazy . . . . nice one all of you . . . hope you are all well ( and ripping up something ! ).
The only consolation with the end of the winter arriving is the start of the summer. Josh & Dave have started their second season in Chamonix with a bang ( 14 hens ) and their mountain bikes that cost more than their minibus and their Fox Protection Gear that could take them into battle. Most of the snow has melted and the valley is suddenly all green and hot, and all the trails are clear and scary looking already ! Me and Jase are back in Sardinia for our 3rd summer with clients, a fast boat at last and a new wakeboard ( stoked ). It is 28 degrees already, and the sea is about 18 . . . . And the wind has been somewhere between the 2 . . . in knots ( stoked again ! ). This is also the summer to learn to kite surf - the school on the beach have got a new kite sponsor and new instructors - no excuses now . . . so I intend to be jumping the spit by September. COME AND JOIN US - we have space though most of the summer in Chamonix and Sardinia ( and it will be fun ).
With knees & backs better ( touch wood ! ), a new sponsor ( Nitro ) and a new bling bling chalet ( Chalet Phoenix ) we can’t wait for next season already. The new lift from Vallorcine should be open ( back of Le Tour ), and our new spa / sauna definitely will be open . . . so Bring It On . . . . after plenty of summer please. Everything will be the same as this winter, but better, with the addition of Chalet Phoenix for our clients that want luxury luxury luxury, and the re-emergence of the smart blue minibus ( that was in the garage in Chamonix for 11 months ) ! New year and half term are almost full in all 4 chalets already for 2004 / 2005 - but if you want to come out any other time next winter ( or any of your friends ) please email for availability as soon as . . .
