Chalet Academy

FreshTraxxx have teamed up with the Chalet Academy in Chamonix to offer the very best in cookery courses tailored towards the unique demands of cooking for guests at a large ski chalet.

Chalet Academy will be running courses based in our Chalet 715 throughout September and October.  The course is an intense 6 days aimed at less experienced cooks who want to work as a chef for a ski season. During that time they will develop and build your culinary skills to a level where you are confident and practised in preparing a weeks menu of dishes from breakfast to cakes to fantastic 3-4 course dinners. Chalet Academy try to maximise your time in the kitchen actually preparing the dishes that you are going to be cooking during the season.  The price for a week is £595 and includes:

• CIEH Food Hygiene Level 2 Award

• Collection and drop off from Geneva airport

• Tuition through out

• All food during the course which includes breakfast, lunch and a four course dinner

• Some wine for tasting sessions!!

• Accommodation in a shared twin bedded room (ask for price quote for single occupancy)

• Towels
