Getting there

Flying - Thanks to Easyjet, our favourite budget airline, there are now direct flights from London Gatwick, Bristol and for our friends in Chamonix from Geneva to Olbia, Sardinia (40 minutes from our base in Porto Pollo). As usual there are some amazing deals but you have to be quick! Once you arrive, FreshTraxxx will take over, with a scenic drive across the top of the island to your villa or apartment. The same for the way home, but we won’t talk about that bit yet. Transfers are included in catered package prices.

Jet2 have also recently begun flights to Olbia from Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester and Ryanair will also take you there from Birmingham.  Our holidays generally run either Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun depending on the villa or apartment you are taking so please check with us before booking.

Other options to Sardinia include Meridiana and some charter companies such as Thomas Cook.  Alternatively, Ryanair also fly from Stanstead, East Midlands or Liverpool to Alghero, Sardinia which is a 2.5 hour drive so you'll have to rent a car, take the bus or ask (and pay) us very nicely!  Final option is to fly to the mainland Genoa, Nice, Rome, Marseille, then catch the ferry across to Sardinia.

We would recommend hiring a car for your stay to give you the freedom to explore the island.  There are some good deals on www.travelsupermarket.com and www.auto-europe.co.uk. Alternatively we can offer airport transfers between Olbia and Porto Pollo for €80 each way for up to 8 people.  Finally there is a regular bus service during the summer between Olbia and Palau (less than 10 minutes from Porto Pollo) the timetable is here.

Driving

If you want to bring your own equipment, live on the continent, or are planning on staying for a while, it's real easy and great to have your own wheels for getting too and exploring the island. Ferries leave from Nice, Marseille, Genoa, Barcelona and Rome to get you there. £40 off package price with own transport.
